I was catching grasshoppers today and yesterday, and I wanted to see what kind they were. But they weren't in my bug book so these are some other facts I learned.
- Grasshoppers like baby elm trees
- Grasshoppers are good at hide and seek
- Grasshoppers don't pee on you, they spit on you
and here's a fact we learned about guineas....(Yogi got some with the idea that they would eat our grasshoppers who were eating our garden up...) They do eat bugs and not seeds...but 6 can't take care of our grasshopper population...and guineas DO eat strawberries. We like strawberries more than we like guineas, so therefore, we don't have guineas anymore....
